David A B White

BComm (UNSW) LLB (ANU) Solicitor

David White did his practical legal training in Canberra after completing his post-graduate degree in law at ANU. David practised with Beveridge, Serisier & Brown Solicitors at Gilgandra for seven years before coming to A W Simpson & Co in Armidale in 1987. He is married to Karina; they have three children. He is the Anglican Diocesan Solicitor and attends St Peter’s Anglican Cathedral. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Armidale A.M. and the Alliance Française at Armidale. He practices mainly in Conveyancing, Commercial Law, Wills & Estates, and Family Law. He has forty-two years of experience in general practice.

Sean T Wilson

DipLaw Solicitor

Sean Wilson was awarded the Diploma in Law in 2020 with 4 Distinctions and 10 Merits. He was admitted as Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2022, and commenced work with A W Simpson & Co on 28 November 2022 after some work with firms in Sydney.

Jess Andrews

Legal Secretary

Jess was born and raised in Armidale. She commenced working at A W Simpson & Co in March 2010, completed her Certificate IV in Legal Services, and is steadfast and dependable in her roles as legal secretary, receptionist, and office manager.

Mikayla Tinlin

Legal Secretary

Mikayla joined A W Simpson & Co as a Legal Secretary in March, 2018 whilst studying an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies majoring in Conveyancing through Southern Cross University, Lismore. She is also charming in her role as part-time receptionist and office manager.

Robyn Newberry

Bookkeeper

Robyn joined our team in February 2023, with a strong background in bookkeeping and financial administration. Robyn's enthusiastic, cheerful disposition, common-sense approach, and efficient accounting methods support the other office staff, and keep us in order.

James Molyneux

Receptionist / Legal Secretary

James joined the office staff in February 2023. James is studying Law at the University of New England, so his practical experience with A W Simpson & Co is an aid to his learning. James grew up in the "Place of Galahs", gilagambuwan, or, in English, Gulargambone, but we don't hold that against him. His enthusiasm, interpersonal skills, and strong work ethic are positive assets for our office, and he has an ideal determination to help clients.
